Criminal Justice (Hate Speech)
Criminal Justice (Incitement to Violence or Hatred and Hate Offences) Bill 2022
This bill would have introduced hate speech legislation into Irish law. It was heavily amended, and passed, without the hate speech element, but we've broken the two votes apart so that you can see who voted for the hate speech component initially, and who voted for the hate crime component later.
