This bill limits the right to protest inside specifically designated 'zones' around medical facilities which provide abortions. Inside these zones any activity, such as protesting, displaying imagery, even silent prayer or vigils, committed with "intent to influence the decision of such a person in relation to availing of, or providing, termination of pregnancy services" is criminally prohibited.
